It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma DeWeerdt of Fulton, Illinois, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Decker and Jennie Decker (Hine); and her granddaughters, Heather and Hannah DeWeerdt. She is survived by: her husband Arthur DeWeerdt; her children, Kim Nelson (Jeff) of Moline, IL, David DeWeerdt (Jackie) of Omaha, NE and Randy DeWeerdt (Brenda) of Erie, IL; her grandchildren, Kara Wiesemeyer (Ty), Lindsey Nelson, Nicole DeWeerdt, Shelley DeWeerdt and Allison Schluter (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Parker and Logan Wiesemeyer.
A memorial has been established to First Reformed Church in Fulton.
