He is survived by: his children, David Hoogheem (Pam) of Bettendorf Iowa and Gayle Farrar (Richard) of Davenport Iowa; his grandchildren, Andrew (Kora Smith) of Davenport Iowa and Allison Kampmueller (Matt); his brother LaVerne Hoogheem (Pat) of Ankeny Iowa; and also, Simone, Lucie Hoogheem, Charlie and Annalise Kampmueller.
