He is survived by: his children, Lisa Schaver of Fulton, IL and Robert Dornbush (Cindy) of Muscatine, IA; his grandchildren, Kyle Schaver (Tiffany), Logan Schaver (Paige), Brady Schaver (Erin Gerdes), Jason Dornbush, Justin Dornbush and Jacob Dornbush (Kelsie); and his great grandchildren, Everleigh, Beau, Gracie, Lexie, Asher, Paisley, Sawyer and Tucker.
A memorial has been established to Albany Ambulance Service.
