He was predeceased by: his siblings, Margaret Jackson, Betty Hamilton, Evelyn Carle, Arthur, George, Alvin, Barney, Eugene and Willard Sikkema.
He is survived by: his parents, John Sikkema and Tena Sikkema (Balk); his spouse Audrey R. Dornbush; his children, Karen Eganhouse (Dean) of Fulton, IL, Pam Michaelsen (Mike) of Low Moor, IA, Marcia Pruett (Jim) of Fulton, IL, Dale Sikkema (Jolene) of Fulton, IL and Ray Jeff Sikkema of Fulton, IL; his stepson Benjamin Marr of Thomson, IL; and his grandchildren, Trisha Ostendorf (Kyle), Heather Barten (Brian), Michael C. Michaelsen, Matthew Michaelsen (Emily Cram), Stephanie Voss (Ryan), Jennifer Bormann (Nathan) and Eric Sikkema (Maisie). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; four step grandchildren.
