He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Moore of Clinton, IA; his children, Richard "Dick" Montgomery of Peoria, Ann McConnell (Brad) of Geneseo, IL, Michael Montgomery (Paula) of Davis Junction, IL and Joseph Montgomery (Lynn) of Rockford, IL; and his brother Michael Montgomery of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
