He is survived by: his son Troy Chase (Jody) of Fulton, IL; his grandsons, Dominic Chase, Drake Chase (Sydney), Dillion Chase, Logan, Brody Meade and Jacob Sampson; and his siblings, Shirley Drenner of Albany, IL, Bill Chase of North Aurora, IL and Gary Chase (Georgia) of St. Joseph, IL..
