He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald F. Milnes and Virginia Faye "Ginny" Kimmer (Bowen); and his stepfather James E. Kimmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Dunaway (Rich) of Morrison and Dan Milnes (Kathy) of Morrison; his stepbrothers, Shannon Kimmer of Clinton, IA, Allan Kimmer (Sara) of Clinton, IA and Rowdy Kimmer of Clinton, IA; and his son Justin Stolk of Elvira, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
