We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2020, at the age of 67, Richard E. Perkins Jr. of Fulton, Illinois, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard, Sr. Perkins and Goldie Perkins (Rumfelt); and his stepfather George Landman. He is survived by: his wife Sue Perkins of Fulton; his daughters, Stacey Rettkowski of Andover, Amy Perkins of Montgomeryville and Kerri Wyatt of Baltimore; his brothers, Frank Perkins (Sharon) of Callao and David Perkins (Susan) of Callao; and his grandchildren, Austin, Mia and Malena. He is also survived by his mother-in-law; his sisters-in law and brothers-in-law; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
