He is survived by: his children, Sandra Bull (Steve) of Fulton, IL and Allen Bailey (Maureen) of Fulton, IL; and his sisters, Charlene Petersen of Maquoketa and Catherine Bailey of Maquoketa. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren.
