Garland of Fulton, Illinois, born in Sycamore, Illinois, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Garland. He is survived by: his mother Helen Garland (Worden) of DeKalb, Illinois; his wife Cecilia Lynn Drawhon of Fulton; his sons, Richard Garland (Tori) of Maple Park and Kevin Garland of Butler, Pennsylvania; his sisters, Dona Watkins of Sheridan and Lisa Charbowski of Marengo, Illinois; his mother-in-law Doris Drawhon of Savanna, Illinois; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Drawhon (Robin) of Deer Creek and Joel Drawhon (Sharon) of Wickenburg, Arizona.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
