Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lorraine Temple of Fulton, Illinois, born in Morrison, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 84, on May 27, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnie Engelkens and Ellen Engelkens (Oostenryk); her former husband Mel Ammon; her husband Ron Temple; her son Daniel Ammon; her stepson Rick Temple; her brothers-in-law, Gerald Ammon, Bill Cain and Dalbert Temple; and also, Alice Cordes (Raymond) and Ruth Leech (Wesley).
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Spooner (Rich Pladna), Melinda Cadogan (Rick) and Julie Taylor (Mike Arnold); her stepsons, Randy Temple (Lois), Terry Temple (Denise) and Marty Temple (Danette); her daughter-in-law Mary Temple; and her sister Jean Temple. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to Speak Out Against Suicide – Camanche, IA and also the Alzheimer's Association.
