He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Peters and Vesta Peters (Fields); his wife Janelle Christine Mulroyan; his sons, Mark Peters and Billy Moog; and his brother James Peters.
He is survived by: his children, Petra "Tina" Mansfield of Morrison, Susan Herrell of Northlake, TX, Jamie Moog (Charity) of Fulton, Steven Peters of Halton, TX and Daniel Peters of Danville, KY; and his siblings, Mae Armstrong of Venice, FL, Jess Peters of Delray, FL, Charles Peters of Mt Orab, OH and Conley Jr. of Lancaster, KY. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
