He was predeceased by: his father John Green; and his stepfather James D. Howell. He is survived by: his mother Shirley May Green (Crandall); his siblings, Linda Carney (Mike), Dale Green (Kathy), Robert Green (Lynn) and Gary Green (Ellen); his nieces and nephews, Shawn Carney (Jennifer), Kelly Smith (Jeff), Ryan Carney (Megan), Michael Green (Sarah), Miranda Nimrick (Branden), Julie Paradis, James, Jacob, Justin Green, Harry, Riley (Madison) and Spencer Green; and also, Cliff (Sylvia) and George Crandall (Moonja).
