She was predeceased by: her father Donald Kampen; and her daughter Jacque Lynn Curtis. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Van Kampen (Bos) of Clinton, IA; her son Kyle Curtis (Kayce) of Fulton, IL; her granddaughter Kaylie Curtis; and her siblings, Kathy Harris (Robert) of Milan, IL and Daniel Van Kampen (Beth) of Fulton, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
