He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bielema and Anna Bielema (Balk); his wife Jacqueline S. Brondyke; his sons, Dan and Tom Bielema; his brothers, Donald, Howard and Stanley Bielema; his close friend Marilyn Mutter; and his brother-in-law Robert Venema.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell Bielema (Sandie) of Fulton, Steven Bielema (Pam) of Fulton and Jon Bielema (Deb) of Fulton; his grandchildren, Carrie Fanderclai (Kurt), Jessica Johnson (Jay), Philip Bielema (Julie), Jason Bielema (Christine), David Bielema, Amber Bielema, Joshua Bielema (Tamara), Holly Burden (Rocky), Nicole Fletcher (Justin), Matthew Bielema (Theresa), Rachel Bielema and Jacob Bielema; his sisters, Ruth Venema of Fulton and Esther Ebbers (David) of Morrison; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Bielema of Fulton and Doris Bielema of Morrison. He is also survived by twenty one great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to First Christian Reformed Church.
