He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Brenda Bousman (Troy), Carla Zajicek (Jeff) and Jim Balk (Jill) of Garrison, IA; his grandchildren, Nathan Traver (Stephanie Brown), Amanda Cramer (Andrew), Joseph Zajicek, Andrew Zajicek and James Balk; his great grandchildren, Adalynn Cramer and Alexander Cramer; and his sister Bonnie Simon of Fulton, IL..
