He is survived by: his wife Deb; his daughter Allison Meurs (Juan Lucas) of Arlington Heights, IL; his pet Gracie; his stepchildren, Erica Meunier (Shawn Ryan) of Clinton, IA and Nate Hege of Clinton, IA; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Brittney and Ivy; and his siblings, Sandra Gorzney (Walter) of Morrison, IL, Jimmie Meurs (Becky) of Davenport, IA and Scott Meurs (Dawn) of Morrison, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
