He is survived by: his parents, Alan Medema and Joyce Medema (Wierenga) of Monroe, OH; his sister Lori Mays of Middletown, OH; his nephews, Benjamin Mays of Middletown, OH and Bartholomew Mays of Middletown, OH; his aunt Paula Custer of Morrison, IL; and his close friend Mary Milligan of Albany, IL.
