She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Decker and Gladys G. Decker (Bennett). She is survived by: her husband Daniel E. Ottens; her children, Tami Leavens (Bart) of Clinton, IA, James Ottens (Mary) of Fulton, IL, Dennis Ottens (Dawn Smith) of Fulton, IL and Michael Ottens (Sue) of Fulton, IL; her grandchildren, Amanda Ottens, Danielle Malone (Patrick), Thomas Ottens, Elizabeth Ottens, Dennis Ottens II and Heather Powell (Matt); and her sister Nancy White (William) of Morrison, IL.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
