He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his daughter Debra E. Kness; his daughter-in-law Barbara Kramer; and his sisters, Alberta VanderEide and Loretta VanderVinne.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael A. Kramer (Melinda) of Fulton and Wayne J. Kramer (Christine) of Richland, MI; his grandchildren, Christy Hackett (Aaron), Scott Deters (Sarah), Melanie Kalyan (Manreet), Michelle Hinrichs (Orian), Benjamin Kramer and Rachel Kramer; his great grandchildren, Adam Deters, Ariana Kalyan, Annaka Hackett, Wesley Hackett, Reece Kramer, Dylan Kalyan, Emmett Hinrichs and Avereigh Hinrichs; his sister Lavece Temple of Thomson, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Edna Reynolds of Sterling, IL and Nancy Rector of Morrison, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the Fulton Presbyterian Church and the Friends of the Windmill.
