It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold G. Renkes (Fulton, Illinois), who passed away on December 18, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phaul Renkes and Nellie Renkes (Sterenberg); his wife Ramona H. Merema; his children, Judy Vanderploeg (Ken) of Fulton, IL, Priscilla Ritzema (Jake) of Byron, IL and Ken Renkes (Michelle) of Morrison, IL; his grandchildren, Traci Kraemer (Ross), Kent Vanderploeg (Danielle), Sara Pessman (Eric), Brett Ritzema (Melody) and Kimberly Graham (Myron); and his brothers, George and Marvin Renkes. He was also cherished by fifteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Fulton Food Pantry and The Pregnancy … Center, Clinton, IA.
