She was predeceased by: her husband Howard; her siblings, Kathryn Kane and Gerald Sikkema; and her daughter-in-law Deb Huizenga. She is survived by: her children, Eileen Kutchman (Steve) of Fulton, IL, Pam Hoogheem (Dave) of Bettendorf, IA, Garry Huizenga (Sheila) of Fulton and Jeff Huizenga of Davenport, IA; her grandchildren, Adam, Anna, Andrew, Allison, Ben, Makayla, Becky and Claire; her brother-in-law Paul Huizenga (Ruth) of Erie, IL; and her niece Lois Black of Clinton, IA.. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
She survived living through no electricity and no running water, to being able to do cell phone and video calls with family during the unfortunate covid lockdown.
