He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Klimstra and Effie Klimstra (Ottens); and his former wife Theo Vermeer. He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Weiss-Kolk; his children, Robin Kelley of Mt. Carroll, IL and Randy Klimstra (Vicki) of Norman, OK; his sisters, Carol Dearinger (Bill) of Wayland, MI and Mary Maner (Ron) of Savannah, GA; and his stepsons, Kevin Kolk (Jan) of Houston, TX, Dan Kolk (Beth) of McFarland, WI and Michael Kolk (Nancy) of Sugar Grove, IL. He is also survived by eight step grandchildren; nine step great grandchildren.
