He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Williamson and Maravian Williamson (Etzel); his sister Dee Essiens; and his grandsons, Blake and Logan Williamson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williamson of Fulton, IL; his children, Randy Williamson of Fulton, IL and Shelly Enloe (Don) of Albany, IL; his grandchildren, Jeremy Williamson of Somerville, TN, Jack Williamson of Rock Falls, IL, Zebrianna Schierholz (Kyle) of Albany, Morgan Zaehringer of Franklin, WI and Lakin Zaehringer of Albany, IL; his great grandchild Fox Schierholz of Albany, IL; and his sister Debi Selhost of Thompson, IL..
