He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Sweenie and Catherine M. Sweenie (Carlson); and his son James Sweenie. He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Houzenga; his children, Dawn Davis (Brian) of Cleveland, IL, Jill Bramm (Mark) of Morrison, IL, Daniel Sweenie of Savanna, IL, Donald Sweenie (Bridget) of Morrison, IL and Dean Sweenie (Melissa) of Walnut, IL; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Kylee Sweenie, Sydney, Kayla Sweenie, Logan Davis, Caeleb, Caylee and Caelyn Bramm.
