He is survived by: his spouse Lois Harvey; his children, Karen Frederick (Francis) of Rock Falls, Marilyn White (Gary) of Bettendorf, IA, LuAnn Vos, Morrison Hook, Nancy Hook (Tom) of Morrison, Raymond Vos (Lisa), Chadwick Vos and Randall Vos (Deb); his siblings, Margaret Johnson and Richard Vos; his daughter Judith Vos; and his siblings, Martin Vos, Emery Vos, Harold Vos, William Vos and Evelyn. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
