He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie VanKampen (Bob Farr) of Fulton, IL, Paula Barsema (Jim) of Fulton, IL and Robin Hurst of North Dakota; his siblings, Marlene Buck (Robert) of Fulton, IL and Richard VanKampen (Linda) of Fulton, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Jensen of Clinton, IA and Judy VanKampen of Clinton, IA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
