He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bielema and Nancy Bielema (Holcomb); and his brother Terry Bielema. He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Cassens; his son Shane Bielema of Dixon, IL; his wife Jill Lutz-McCrea; his sons, Benjamin, Brigham Bielema, Ben Bielema of Clinton, IA and Brig Bielema of Clinton, IA; his siblings, Sheila VenHuizen (Dave) of Fulton, IL and Kevin Bielema of Albany, IL; his nieces, Mandy Walker (Lance) and Hannah Watson (Michael); and his nephew Tanner VenHuizen (Taitum Huisenga).
