He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Calderwood and Marjorie Calderwood (Lerch); his daughter Cathy Calderwood; and his sister Marcy Riba. He is survived by: his children, Beth Miller (David), Sarah Thies (Craig) and Will Calderwood (Kacy); his grandchildren, Andrew, Brian, Christian Miller, Colton, Haley Thies, Willie and Brent Calderwood; and his sister Colleen Houlahan. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
