He is survived by: his pet Zippo Belle Star; his half-siblings, Wendy Kubatzke (Craig) of Freeport, Wanda Gums of Freeport, Lori Huenefeld (Robert) of Freeport, Elizabeth Martinez (Juan) of Freeport, Jody Diestelmeier (Gene) of Elroy, Trisha Sigemeier (Mike) of German Valley, Suzette Gums of Iowa, Donald Beem of California and Mark Beem of California; his caregiver Craig Bower; his nephew Craig Bower; and his niece Tina Oppold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
