He was predeceased by: his parents, Moody Gravenstein and Marion Gravenstein (Olson); his children, Todd and Amy Price; and his brother Edwin.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Boeke; his children, Kelli Mulkins (Chris) and Jeffrey Gravenstein (Tera); his grandchildren, Rob Mulkins, Kellsey Bieck, Emily Phillips (Aaron), Katie Mulkins, Alex Gravenstein (Emily), Anna Klopfenstein (Kevin), Abby Price and Amie Gravenstein; his great grandchildren, Damian Smith, Clara Gravenstein and Oliver Phillips; his grandchildren, Kailani, Liam, Lorelei and Jo; his son Kirby; his daughter-in-law Kim Price; and his niece Mary Rebecca Gravenstein of Minneapolis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Walker Mortuary (321 W Main St, Freeport, IL 61032). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the American Diabetes Association.
