We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2023, at the age of 83, Walter L. Holcomb of Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Holcomb and Daisy Holcomb (Lamm); his siblings, Edward, Billy, Delores Crase and Rosemary Pascal; and his granddaughter Cammie Schaefer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Symanek of Freeport; his daughters, Carrie Fletcher (Quentin) of Freeport, IL, Sherrie Kahl (Kurt) and Barbara Holcomb of Beloit, WI; and his grandchildren, Scott Schaefer, Brent Schaefer, Rachel Pehl, Ryan Wagand (Kara), Jesse Toepfer, Jacqueline Jones and Jonna Jones. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
