He was predeceased by: his parent Carla Sager. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Culbertson; his son Cory (Megan Cordero); his stepsons, Donnie and David Culbertson; his parent Carla Roe; and his aunt Penny Larson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel (608 S Park Blvd, Freeport, IL 61032).
