Ifert of Freeport, Illinois, born in Milledgeville, Illinois, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyal Shilling and Alice Shilling (Sarber); her brother Johnnie Shilling; and her stepdaughter Cathy Staben. She is survived by: her husband Ray Ifert; her sisters, Julie Walton (Harv) of River Falls, WI and Donna O'Donnell (Guy) of Painesville, OH.; her stepdaughter Julie Munda (Greg) of Freeport; and her stepson-in-law Jon Staben of Freeport. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and 3 step grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in her name for St. John United Church of Christ in Freeport as well as the United Church of Christ in Delta, WI.
