She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell "Lamia" and Frances Kunkle "Lamia"; her husband Wayne; and her brother Russell. She is survived by: her children, Rosanne Tuttle (Jay), Mike Kempthorne, Terese Kempthorne and Lisa Kempthorne; her brothers, Glen Kunkle (Jan) and Carl Kunkle (Jo Ellen); her granddaughter Maria Kempthorne; and her great grandchildren, Dylon and Alivia.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Friends Forever Humane Society, or FHN Leonard C. Ferguson Cancer Center, Freeport.
