He is survived by: his father Henry Klosa of Freeport; his wife Charlotte Euler of Freeport; his children, Blake Klosa (Wendy) of Freeport, Wendell Klosa of Freeport, Brian Klosa (Aimee) of Minnesota, Monica Klosa of Freeport and Robert Klosa Jr. (Sarah) of Freeport; his sister Pam Fluegel; his grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Blake Jr., Laura, Zachary, Megan, Molly, Payton, Grace and Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Hayden, Elise, Kendall, Hudson, Cooper, Henry, Hadley, Teagan and Valerie.
A memorial has been established in his memory for FHN Hospice and Our Savior Lutheran Church in Freeport.
