Kostenbader (Heather) of Freeport; his siblings, Kenneth Kostenbader (Marlene) of Freeport, Phillip Kostenbader of Freeport, Shirley Nelson and Cheryl Kostenbader of Freeport; his grandchildren, Joshua Kostenbader (Kelsey), Jessica Britton (Clay) and Coltan Brattrud; and his close friend Stephanie Baker.
