We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2022, at the age of 77, Richard Marchel in Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmel Marchel and Nellie Marchel (Heath); his son Dustin; his brother Emmel "Buster"; and his siblings-in-law, Ed, Eileen Snapp and Robert E. Snapp.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Snapp of Freeport; his son Brock Marchel (Libby) of Seattle; his grandsons, Jeremiah and Zachariah; and his siblings, Ron Marchel (Carmen), Kay Paton (Ken) of Washington and Janice Brown (Wayne) of Washington. He is also survived by 4 sister-in-laws; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
