He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eggemeier and Alma Eggemeier (Tielke). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ludewig of Freeport; his children, Pam Eggemeier of Freeport, Doug Eggemeier (Sally) of Freeport and Lisa VanDrew (Craig) of Freeport; his granddaughters, Amanda Allis (Jeff) of Chicago and Haley; his great grandchild Ellie Allis of Chicago; his sister Charlotte Ditsworth of Freeport; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Broderick (Frank). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burke Tubbs Funeral Home - Freeport (504 N Walnut Ave, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been established for a cause yet to be determined.
