She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Reed and Mary Reed (Walker); her husband Nathan Frautschy; and her siblings, Norma Raab, Lois Moyer and Wayne Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney (Cheryl) of Poynette, WI, Gregory (Brenda) of Craig, CO, David (Judi) of Rockton, IL and Susan Newberg (Michael) of Monroe; her brothers, Lyle Reed (Cynthia) of Dakota, IL and Keith Reed (Darlene) of Pocatello, ID; and her friends, Cynthia Reed, Joyce Rackow and Betty Barker. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund will be established in Phyllis' name.
