He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Sr. Johnson and Martha Johnson; and his significant other Alberta Mazique. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Knox (Jeremy), Otha M. Johnson, III (Daisy), Carmen Stansberry (Candy), Andre Stansberry (Chico), Johvanna Stansberry (Cookie), Chantel Stansberry (Cherry) and Rhea Hefner (Chilli); his grandchildren, Courtney Lewis (Cornelius), Kelsey Smith, Hunter, Raven and Cole Knox; his children, Alyssa and Arielle Johnson; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Aubrey, Brooklynn and Olivia Lewis; and his siblings, Kevin Johnson, Tracy Johnson (Raylette), Terry Johnson (Earlene), Frances Whitehead (George), Karlene Johnson and Twila Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
