It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma L. Miller of Freeport, Illinois, born in Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Penniston and Ruth Penniston (Gille); her spouse Thomas Pieper; and her brother Dave. She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Kleindl (John) of Freeport, IL; her siblings, Jim Penniston of Freeport, IL and Jane Wilkening of Union Grove, WI; and her granddaughters, Jena and Ellen Kleindl.
A service will follow at 4:30 P.M. A memorial has been established for dementia research.
