She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Laurence and Marijane Johnstone; and her brother Kent. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Jessen; her friend Donna Cox-Rodriguez; her children, Nancy, April Boos (Christopher) of Freeport, Andrew Jessen (Amanda) of Milwaukee, Wis. and Eric Jessen (Chrisonna) of Freeport; and her grandchildren, Jameson Jessen and Alexandria Jessen. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, and nephews.
An enthusiastic, lifelong volunteer, Nancy devoted time to the March of Dimes, the Alzheimer's Memory Walk, and therapy and rescue dogs at Carlson's Canine Camp in Freeport.
