He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Mordick (Smoyer). He is survived by: his father Robert "Butch" Mordick; his wife Crystal Mordick; his children, Landen Mordick and Gabi Mordick; and his siblings, Beth Peterson (Tom) of Freeport, Daniel Mordick of Freeport and Michael Mordick (Cheri) of Troutville, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
