She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver David and Helen Louise Yeager (Uhe); her husband Keith Gerdes; and her son Robert Gerdes. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alicia Gerdes of Freeport, Roberta Gerdes of Freeport and Jonathan Gerdes of Freeport.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her name.
