Benters of Freeport, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Fransen of Freeport, Melvin Miley III (Kristin) of Knoxville, TN and Shawna McIntosh (Brad) of Freeport; her brothers, Brian Sherrer (Sheila) of Freeport, Bradley Sherrer (Deb) of Freeport and Christopher Sherrer (Tabatha) of Freeport; her grandchildren, Zachary, Andre, Katrina, Devyon, Michalle, Brooke, Olivia and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Andre Jr. and Tinsley; and her sister Cammie Coch.
A memorial has been designated in her name for the American Heart Association.
