It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leanna Satter of Freeport, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lawson and Louise W. Van Brocklin; her siblings, Gloria Schmelzer and Ronnie Broach; and her nephew Dwight Schmelzer.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Bouvia (Dynell) of Freeport, IL, Jon Bouvia of Freeport, IL, David Bouvia (Kristy Fruth) of Freeport, IL and Robert Bouvia (Crystal Saxby) of Cedarville, IL; her grandchildren, BriAhna Bouvia (Cody Strasser), Kaylee Bouvia (Jake Pritzner), Zachary (Jessica Bouvia), Hannah Miner, Taylor Bouvia, Dylan Bouvia, Lexie Bouvia (Devlyn Campbell), Amaya Bouvia (Dandre Houston), Chloe Waller and Dru Bouvia; and her great grandchildren, Kaislee Campbell and Selene Bouvia.
A memorial has been established in her memory.
