He is survived by: his father John Ondrey; his siblings, Linda Darm (Ondrey), Bonnie Bednar (Ondrey) and Donald Ondrey; his daughters, Allison Ondrey Malzone of Elmhurst, IL and Cortney McCabe (Cody) of Fisher, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica, Dominick, Alaina and Lukas; his son Shane Pennington; and his grandson Shane Jr..
