He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Calam; and his sister Shantell Broge. He is survived by: his mother Susan Lee; his grandmother Connie Calam; and his sister Ariel Calam. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A memorial has been established in Kevin's memory for Swedish American Hospital Cardiac Unit.
