He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn of Freeport; his children, Melvin Miley (Kristin) of Knoxville, TN, Matthew Fransen (Nicole) of Freeport and Shawna McIntosh of Freeport; and his brothers, Charles Anderson, Glen Benters of Florida and Eldon Benters of Lena.
